With pubs and bars getting back to normal, standard day-to-day tasks of running a hospitality venue are also returning. These can be tackled in a newer, more efficient way. One of the most time-consuming tasks in hospitality is stock management. Running a stock check in a bar/pub is a necessary evil that can’t be avoided. Current systems Many bars currently run their stock checks through methods involving meticulously counting every item in every storage place and doing this all by hand. Once that is done, someone at the business has to then take everything written out by hand and process it into a workable spreadsheet. The amount of time needed to process this information can be better spent elsewhere.
