Anna then added that what has changed the most is the method of interaction, particularly with the use of QR code technology.

The conversation then turned to the post-pandemic era and the role of technology in serving customers. Anna noted that technology's adoption has progressed faster than anticipated. She specifically highlighted the decrease in inaccuracies in ordering, now that QR codes have replaced traditional, manual methods of taking orders.

Regarding the integration of ButlerBot into Maldron Hotel and the response it has received, Eric emphasised the attraction of robotics, stating "The customer is incentivised to take photos and video to record that experience... I think that can indirectly help the shoutout on the social media scene with branding." This feature has been highlighted as a selling point for the alluring qualities of robotics.
