UK's 1st Hotel Service Robot + Innovation of the Year Award
One of our proudest moments was the launch of the UK's first Hotel Service Robot, ButlerBot, deployed in the prestigious Maldron Hotel Newcastle. By bringing together SPARK's expertise in technology solutions and Maldron Hotel's commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, this collaboration has resulted in the integration of the state-of-the-art room service delivery robot, ButlerBot. Since its implementation, ButlerBot has resulted in a remarkable 15% increase in room service orders and an additional £4,000 in revenue for the hotel. This partnership is a big step towards modernising the hospitality industry and we can expect to see similar advancements in the future.
The accolades continued as we received the Innovation of the Year award at VentureFest North East 2023. March 2023 saw us at the Northern Restaurant & Bar Show in Manchester, where we showcased our latest product features and engaged with a diverse audience. The expo provided a valuable platform to exchange ideas and highlight the innovations that set us apart.
Continuing our journey, we attended the Hotel Restaurant & Catering 2023 event in London. This was another opportunity to connect with industry leaders, emphasise collaborations, and forge meaningful connections within the dynamic hospitality sector.
Our presence at the Hospitality Tech Expo 2023 at London ExCeL in October marked another successful year at this event. Here, we proudly introduced MYLO X to a wide audience and showcased our all-new Kiosk Express, receiving positive feedback and generating excitement within the industry.
Unveiling a Trio of Cutting-Edge Products
In our quest to redefine customer experiences, we proudly introduced the Kiosk Express, a cost-effective, table-top version of our popular Kiosk. Designed with our customers in mind, Kiosk Express offers a more accessible solution without compromising on the efficiency and convenience that our products are known for.
Our first new robot launch of the year was MYLO X. A service robot with an 18.5" front-facing advertising screen, MYLO X not only delivers food with efficiency but also doubles as a dynamic advertising platform, showcasing menu specials to enhance customer engagement. Implementing MYLO X is a strategic move towards revolutionising service delivery in the hospitality sector.
Hygiene is paramount, and in response, we unveiled two new cleaning robots, SP50 and L50. These cleaning robots set a new standard in maintaining impeccable hygiene standards. With a mighty V25kPa suction power, SP50 can effortlessly tackle dust and debris in various settings, from spacious warehouses to meticulously cleaning hospitals and bustling shopping centres. With dust and debris clear, L50 can thoroughly scrub your floor clear of even the toughest stains. Their advanced features ensure thorough cleaning, providing a safe and pristine environment.
